For a W&C compound producer in the Middle East, Delaere has delivered a complex octabin packaging line for 2 types of W&C compound
The following items were part of the Delaere scope of supply:
- 2 Octabin de-folding robots
- 4 Octabin filling stations with incorporated welding bars and camera system installed in 2 clean rooms (2 filling stations per clean room – 1 clean room per type of W&C compound)
- All parts in direct contact with the product in stainless steel + electropolishing
- In height adjustable working platforms
- 2 Octabin top bin robots
- Integration of 2 stretch wrappers
- Integration of several printer-label applicators
- 2 Box on box units
- LOTO zoning to be able to work with one line while the other line is down due to maintenance or cleaning.
