Carbon Black Bigbag Packing Line

For a Carbon black producer in Germany, Delaere has delivered a filling line to pack both bigbags and metal IBC’s. The old bigbag packaging line was replaced by a new Delaere packaging line with only a downtime of 5 days.

The following items were part of the Delaere scope of supply:

Pallet dispenser & sheet dispenser
Metal IBC set-up position
Filling station able to fill both bigbags (stacked and unstacked) and metal IBC’s.
Check weighing position
Hydraulic FIBC press with adjustable force depending on the weight in the bigbag
Integration of a stretch wrapper with top sheet dispenser
Electrical cabinet installed in an MCC-room
