Carbon Black Bigbag Packing Line

For a Carbon black producer in Germany, Delaere has delivered a filling line to pack  both bigbags and metal IBC’s. The old bigbag packaging line was replaced by a new Delaere packaging line with only a downtime of 5 days.

The following items were part of the Delaere scope of supply:

  • Pallet dispenser & sheet dispenser
  • Metal IBC set-up position
  • Filling station able to fill both bigbags (stacked and unstacked) and metal IBC’s.
  • Check weighing position
  • Hydraulic FIBC press with adjustable force depending on the weight in the bigbag
  • Integration of a stretch wrapper with top sheet dispenser
  • Electrical cabinet installed in an MCC-room
