Mobile PA-6 Bigbag /Octabin Packaging Line

For a PA-6 producer in Germany, Delaere has finalized a mobile filling line to pack  both bigbags and octabins. On the mobile line, Delaere has installed a separate welding station to double heat seal the liner in the bigbag or octabin to prevent product degradation. The line has one driven wheel and is guides over a rail to fill different silo's. The line incorporates 3 position filling with a set-up, filling and seperate welding station to increase filling capacity. Welding of the liner is done with double welding bars, probe and vacuum unit. The unit has an energy chain to cover 50 meters autonomy.
